Privacy policy
Effective 29 July 2026 · Last updated 29 July 2026
brhythm collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code in the app. We do not run a server, and the app never sends anything to us — because there is no “us” for it to send anything to.
Who we are
brhythm is made by SAFİYE REKLAM MEDYA DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TURİZM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, trading as W3 Digital, registered in Türkiye. For anything in this policy, write to support+brhythm@w3-digital.com, or by post to Okçu Musa Caddesi, Savcıbey Çıkmazı No: 4, Beyoğlu / İstanbul, Türkiye.
Where data-protection law calls someone the controller — the party that decides why and how personal data is used — that is us. As set out below, we do not hold any personal data about you.
What the app collects
Nothing. Specifically, brhythm has:
- no accounts, sign-in, or email capture;
- no analytics or usage measurement of any kind;
- no advertising and no advertising identifier;
- no tracking, and no sharing of anything with data brokers or anyone else;
- no third-party SDKs at all — the app is built only from Apple’s own frameworks.
Its App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and that is a literal description rather than a best effort.
What stays on your device
Using the app creates some information, and all of it lives on your device: your settings, the patterns you played recently, a record of finished sessions, and any playlists you build. You can remove all of it by deleting the app.
iCloud sync
If you are signed into iCloud, your playlists and session history sync between your own devices through Apple’s CloudKit, into the private database of your own Apple Account. That storage belongs to you, not to us: we cannot read it, list it, or ask Apple for it. Apple’s handling of it is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
To stop it, turn iCloud off for brhythm in iOS Settings. The app keeps working; it simply stops syncing.
Purchases
brhythm+ purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, and we cannot connect a purchase to a person: what we receive from Apple is aggregate sales reporting — how many units sold in which country — with no personal data in it.
One related detail, in the interest of saying everything: the app stores the date you first created a playlist, which is what the 7-day trial counts from. It is kept on the device, in your iCloud key-value storage, and in your device Keychain, so that reinstalling the app doesn’t restart the trial. It is a single date — no identifier, no profile — and like everything else here it never reaches us.
Crash and diagnostic reports
If you have turned on Share with App Developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may give us crash and performance reports about the app. Apple aggregates these; they contain no information that identifies you, and we do not combine them with anything else. Turning that setting off stops them.
Children
brhythm is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either.
Your rights
Data-protection laws — the GDPR in Europe, KVKK in Türkiye, and their equivalents elsewhere — give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over, correct, or erase: the information the app creates is on your device and in your own iCloud, under your control at all times.
If you believe we hold something about you anyway, write to support+brhythm@w3-digital.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Deleting everything
- On the device: delete the app. Its settings, history, and playlists go with it.
- In iCloud: open iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, then iCloud, then the list of apps saved to iCloud, find brhythm, and delete its data. (Apple renames this screen from time to time; the wording may differ slightly on your iOS version.)
- Purchases stay on your Apple Account — that is what makes Restore Purchases work — and are managed by Apple, not by us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material will be called out in the app’s release notes. We keep no mailing list to notify, by design.
